Where am I located?
Even though I am based in Phoenix Arizona I have been working with clients all over the United States since 1999.
My Commitment to You..
I have been successfully servicing clients all over the United States since 1999. This means I am here to stay! Your website will be built, maintained, updated & upgraded by the same web designer who built it if that is your preference.
I am a true local, raised in Phoenix/Tempe Arizona watching the city and surrounding areas grow into the thriving cities they are today. I believe that your business doesn’t need to look any further to find a high quality web designer.
How your website looks & works is a direct reflection on my web design services. Whether you want a professional, polished corporate appearance or a light hearted simple site using the K.I.S.S. approach I will always provide you with a modern, up to date professional website that works great.
My promise to you is…
“The job is not complete until you’re happy! I guarantee you’ll like the end product.”
I welcome your suggestions, ideas and vision on how you want your website to be presented. Potential and existing clients are always welcome to communicate with me to help create ideas. You will be guided in the most efficient ways to present your business on the internet, plus the most cost effective ways to maintain and update your website.
“I believe in giving my clients the best possible experience and value for their project budget. I do not believe in re-inventing the wheel but instead finding the best solutions for my clients to be able to get up and running quickly in the most professional way possible.”
What are your payment requirements?
I request half of the design fee upfront as a refundable design deposit. The 50% design deposit is to be made within 5 days of invoice notification unless special arrangements have been made. Work will not begin on your project until this deposit is made. This lets me know that you are serious and secures the time needed to go into your website.
If you are paying a smaller invoice then your prompt payment is greatly appreciated as all freelancers rely on cashflow.
Failure to pay within 5 days of invoice date may result in a cancellation of your quote and or project. Restarting your project may incur a small restart fee.
For larger invoices I offer installment plans with 3, 6, 9 & 12 month intervals.
Please note: a small administration fee is added per installment.
Why pay for a website? When there are free ones out there.
We’ve all seen the ads on tv that says you can make your website for free, fast and easy. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. First off, these companies really aren’t free, not if you want a professional website for a business. They make you use their domain next to your business name, they advertise on your website and they basically own your website and content not letting you take it elsewhere. That’s just for starters.
Now lets think about what actually goes into building a professional website. Things such as planning, designing, building, optimizing and securing a website is no easy or fast task for a beginner. You may end up playing with their website builder for months before you are somewhat happy with the outcome and what if something does not work correctly? One missing image or area with an error can completely wreck your chances of turning that new visitor into a customer.
As a certified web designer I am highly proficient in every aspect of what it takes to plan, design, build your website to be solid, work great in the search engine and look like you spent a ton of money on it. I have been doing this for years. I eat, breath and dream about this stuff. So why take the risk of losing business or even wasting time attempting to put something together yourself? I know what works and what will work for your business.
About 20% – 30% of the clients I get are business owners that tried to do it themselves and found out that they just do not have the design skill, knowledge or time to put into learning what I know. Let me save you all the frustration and lost time.
